Personally Identifiable Identification (PII) handled right, every time

The challenge

Annual training had to match current federal and state rules and tackle real PII mistakes seen on the floor.

What we built

A 15-minute graphic-novel, scenario-based eLearning with custom illustrations of the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) workplace.

How it works

Staff practice realistic situations and learn clear steps for password use, secure data handling, and sharing PII appropriately.

Impact

Learners and leadership reported better readiness for real scenarios. The module later became the agency’s foundation for security compliance training.
