11 minutes to confident first use

The challenge

New customers needed a quick, product-true onboarding for the desktop client.

What we built

An 11-minute interactive course in four short sections with knowledge checks. Visuals followed Google Material Design and the product’s green palette.

How it works

Learners get a fast tour of the workflows they use most. Early tests showed a hidden menu slowed progress, so we switched to a clean, always-visible menu.

Impact

Positive feedback and faster time to value at go-live.
